You might expect the employees of an international auction house to care more about money than art. Not true. Sure, it’s fun watching a Giacometti make over £65m but to those on the inside that's not what it’s all about.
Sotheby’s are inviting you on a behind-the-scenes tour of their 20th Century British Art sale. Many of the paintings and sculptures you will get to see and touch will disappear into private collections on the day of the sale and may not appear on the market again in your lifetime.
This event is Members Only (25 places).
