Sambourne House

A perfectly-preserved Victorian timepiece full to bursting with art, furniture and curiosities, Bill and Ted would have loved this place. It's as if the clocks stopped a hundred years ago.

Sambourne House was the home of the famous Punch cartoonist, Edward Linley Sambourne, his wife Marion and their little nippers. And whilst we tried our hardest to arrange for the ghosts of Linley and Marion to guide our intimate twilight tour they were busy, so we have RADA-trained actors on hand to bring this remarkable house to life before your very eyes. In fact, A Room with a View was filmed here so you can pretend you're Judi Dench while we have a poke around.

This event is for Members Only (15 places)
